Marcella- Laser and Injector Specialist, RN
Marcella was born in Colombia, South America. She came to the United States at the age of 3 where she lived in Richmond, VA until 16 years old. She then went back to Colombia to learn more about her roots and her language. Returning to the states to continue her studies. She graduated with a Bachelors in Nursing from FIU. She has been working for 15 years in the plastic surgery field with several different surgeons throughout Miami as an OR PACU and recovery nurse. She has spent the last four years specializing in injectables, which she is passionate about. She likes to individually create treatment plans for her patients and artfully deliver them. Specializing in Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Juvederm, Radiesse. She is also very knowledgeable and up to date with skin care, photo facial rejuvenation, laser hair removal, and chemical peels. She is an active member of international team for Operation Smile, which is an organization that helps the neediest children from 25 countries throughout the world. She donates two weeks of the year to helping children that suffer from cleft lip and cleft palate. Her most recent missions were in 2006 to Morroco and 2005 to Paraguay.
Marcella has three children. One of which, recently graduating from college. The second is a Senior at Gulliver Acadamy. Her 8-year old daughter goes to Bet Breira and enjoys playing the piano. She enjoys traveling around the world and getting to know different cultures. She is fluent in three languages – English, Spanish, and French. Her interests also include dancing and fashion.

Liliana - Patient Coordinator
Liliana was born in Lima, Peru where her family originates. She came to live in Miami with her family at the age of nine. After high school, she attended Miami Dade College studying Psychology. She has been working in the field of Plastic Surgery for the past 12 years. As a patient coordinator she finds it very rewarding to educate her patients about all aspects of plastic surgery.
Personally, Liliana enjoys traveling, eating international cuisine and spending time with her pets. She truly has a soft spot in her heart for animals. In fact, she has rescued all of her pets including one dog and three cats. During her travels, she has had the opportunity to visit South America, Europe and China.

Nicole - Front Desk Assistant
Nicole was born in New Orleans, LA but was raised mostly in Southwest Missouri. She graduated from Ozark Christian College with a degree in Family Nurture. Post-graduation she worked as a nanny for a few years. Recently, she has moved to Miami with her husband to start a new adventure in life. Assisting in the office is a joy for her as well as caring for Dr. Craft and Anna’s two beautiful children.
In her spare time to enjoys the outdoors, volunteering, learning Spanish and of course spending time with her husband and friends.

Clara - Post Operative Therapist
Clara M. Martinez is a professional aestitician born in Bogota, Colombia. Clara graduated from Corporacion Internaional de Estetica in 1992 in Bogota. She then received her specialty in pre and post surgical treatments for Cosmetic Surgery in Madrid, Spain. With over 15 years of experience, Clara also specializes in other aesthetic procedures including facials and body treatments. For nine years while in Colombia, she worked directly with internationally recognized plastic surgeons. She is a licensed professional aestitician in the state of Florida and has practiced in the Miami area for the past seven years.
She is pleased to join the wonderful team at New Beauty Center and is excited to share her knowledge and support with her patients to provide a safe, healthy, fast recovery and as a result a successful surgery with amazing results. Clara has three beautiful children; she loves to spend time at the beach, going dancing and is also fan of Zumba.

Alexandra - Front Desk Supervisor
Alexandra was born in Colombia, but moved to Miami at the age of four and was raised here with her family. She is currently in school at Miami Dade Community College pursuing her degree to become an RN. Her past experience includes working with an OBGYN for 3 years and volunteering for 2 years at Baptist Hospital in the trauma department. Coming here to New Beauty Center, she wanted to experience something different. She decided on the field of plastic surgery to enjoy something more positive and uplifting. She truly enjoys interacting with the patients, seeing how they feel good they feel after surgery and how it truly can change their lives.
In her spare time, Alexandra loves going to the beach, reading, exploring politics, skating and rollerblading, watching movies, playing poker, and learning new things!

Amy - Licensed Aesthetician
Amy was born and raised in Miami. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a Bachelors degree. She then attended Florida College of Natural Health and graduated with honors (1st to pass state license exam at 100%). Working with plastic surgeons for over a decade, she loves the aesthetics industry and is continually learning and researching new treatments in order to offer leading-edge technology in the skin care industry. Outside of her career, she enjoys her three children, martial arts, and collecting glass shoes.

Melissa – Massage Therapist
Melissa was born in New York and raised in Connecticut. She graduated with a bachelor’s in business administration and psychology from Western Connecticut State University. Post college, Melissa spent some time traveling in South America learning about her mother’s heritage. Two years ago, she moved to Miami Beach and began studying massage therapy and hydrotherapy at Educating Hands School of Massage therapy. One of her passions is learning about the body’s physiology. Melissa attained her massage therapy license in early 2005. Her strength is in post – operative massage. Melissa believes the most satisfying part about her job is helping people obtain the results they desire as well as helping them feel better after surgery. She emphasizes the benefits of massage therapy post – surgically are reducing bruising, swelling, pain, and adhesions. Melissa’s hobbies include reading, going to the beach, working out, traveling, meeting new people, and dancing.
